Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns Policy
SHIPPING
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150!
Orders under $150 will be charged $10.00 standard shipping. For 2-day shipping, all orders will be charged $25.00. For next-day shipping, all orders will be charged $35.00.
We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Should you have any special circumstances that require expedited shipping or any special instructions, please don't hesitate to reach out! Email us at hello@shoplittleeight.com and we will be happy to help.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders that are returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Currently we ship via UPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible should it get lost. If you'd like a signature confirmation, shipping insurance or alternate expedited shipping methods, please email hello@shoplittleeight.com at the time of your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
REFUND POLICY
Thank you so much for shopping with Little Eight! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for your child and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. With that in mind, please read our full return & exchange policy below.
RETURNS
Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags, including hygienic liners (if applicable), & packaging still on the garment or item. If clothes are tried on and they get dirty, your return will not be accepted. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Little Eight reserves the right to reject a return that does not meet any of the above stated requirements.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
SALE ITEMS & PROMO CODES
All sale items are final sale. Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid for the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for a different size of the same item, send us an email at hello@shoplittleeight.com and we will provide instructions on how to exchange your item for the correct size.
SHIPPING

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Order items are FINAL SALE, except for an exchange for sizing, consistent with our Exchanges Policy herein. Orders containing Pre-Order items ship COMPLETE. Should you need part of the order sooner than the Pre-Order item is scheduled to arrive, please place two separate orders.
We do our very best to communicate all estimated ship dates provided from the manufacturer in the description of the product. We are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer.
